RevOlver is the carb with adjustable mainjets, designed and made by GM in Italy.Revolver instruction manual:

RevOlver first setup
Start the bike and let the engine warm up. Then hold the RPM at around 5000 (roughly a stable 1/6 throttle position) and begin adjusting the carburetor side screw. Turn the screw in and out slowly. You will clearly notice a point where the engine reaches higher RPM. If you turn the adjuster too far in either direction, the engine will lose RPM. Once you find the correct setting and the engine runs at a stable RPM, the throttle response will also become smooth and clean. On the track, choosing the main jet depends on two factors:
1. What you need from the gate:
- If the engine feels lazy at the start and you want stronger acceleration, increase the jet size (for example, from 205 to 215).
- If you are spinning too much at the start and need more grip, decrease the jet size (for example, from 215 to 205).
2. What you need out of corners and on the straight:
Here there are several parameters you can adjust, such as fuel level, slide type (1 or 2), and main jet. This setup is very individual and requires some testing, but once you find the right combination, you usually won’t need to change it again—it will work consistently.- Lower fuel level makes the engine feel sharper and more aggressive.
- Higher fuel level makes the engine smoother and more linear.
Regarding the slide:
- Slide 1 gives a more linear throttle response.
- Slide 2 gives a sharper response at half throttle.
- A smaller jet (below 205) makes the engine more reactive and quicker to reach RPM, but it is often weaker at top end.
- A larger jet makes the engine more linear, but it may feel a bit lazy when trying to reach maximum RPM.
